Job Description
A luxury beauty salon in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is currently looking for a Russian-speaking Manager to join its professional team.
The salon has been operating successfully for over 4 years, offering high-end beauty services to premium clients.
The staff is Russian-speaking, and there is already a head manager of another nationality — therefore, the salon is now looking for a Russian-speaking manager with fluent English to ensure smooth communication between management, staff, and clients.

Experience working as a Salon Manager in the Gulf region (preferably Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, or Kuwait)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Working Conditions:

Salary: $2000 + commission (negotiable depending on experience)

Contract: 2 years

Probation Period: 3 months

Schedule: 8 working hours + 1-hour break, 6 days per week

Accommodation: private accommodation provided for the first 3 months; after probation, the employer provides an additional housing allowance

Vacation: 21 days after 1 year

Flight, visa, and medical insurance: covered by the employer

If the contract is terminated early, the candidate must reimburse the employer for the expenses incurred during the hiring process (as stated in the employment contract).

All candidates applying for a Saudi Arabian work visa must submit their documents through the Saudi Arabian Embassy in their home country.

The employer reimburses visa agency costs directly related to embassy services.

Medical examination and document legalization costs are reimbursed after successful completion of the 3-month probation period.
