Job Description

We are looking for a professional and experienced Pilates Instructor to join a well-established wellness studio in Riyadh. The ideal candidate is passionate about Pilates, confident in working with different client levels, and committed to delivering high-quality training in a premium environment.

Salary Package

  • Basic Salary: SAR 5,000 per month

  • Housing Allowance: SAR 1,300 per month

  • Transportation Allowance: SAR 1,200 per month

  • Total Monthly Package: SAR 7,500

Benefits

  • Annual Leave: 30 days per year

  • Air Ticket: Provided every 2 years

  • Medical Insurance: As per company policy

  • Working Hours: 48 hours per week

  • Monthly Bonus: Paid upon achieving the branch’s monthly target

  • Personal Training Commission: 30%

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct group and/or private Pilates sessions (mat and/or equipment-based)

  • Customize training programs according to clients’ fitness levels and goals

  • Ensure client safety and correct technique during sessions

  • Maintain a professional, motivating, and positive training environment

  • Educate clients on Pilates benefits and overall wellness

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pilates Instructor

  • Relevant Pilates certification (internationally recognized preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and movement principles

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work flexible schedules if required

Visa & Application Process (Important)

  • Saudi Arabia work visa is processed through the Saudi Embassy in the candidate’s home country

  • The candidate must be physically present in their home country for visa submission

  • Visa-related costs are covered by the employer according to company policy
